Brilliant idea for managing a hotel with technology. A convenient location close to the heart of the city. A brand new building, furniture and rooms.
Well priced
I liked the fact that the room was very clean. The check in process was relatively easy. The hotel is relatively closed to the Acropolis and the center.
The downside was a false fire alarm that went on in the middle of the night bringing everyone outside the hotel. The sound was so intense and lasted for a while.
And if that was not enough, in the morning workers literally broke walls just underneath my room. If the fire alarm was an accident, the construction next door was something that I should have been announced, since it looked like something long term.
It would have been nice from the pruperty to offer everyone a small breakfast, a snack or even a coffee in the morning for the disturbance in the night. It didn't happened.
Had problems checking in with PIN codes given to me because they changed the room and didn’t send me the new PIN codes
Also the electrical socket in the bathroom didn’t have a cover and was dangerously positioned near the faucet
At my sons room, the shower head was dripping
All in all our stay was OK but I needed to highlight the little things to you to avoid these nuances in the future.
Overall, it’s a brilliant hotel idea when the technology works and when attention to details is prime.
