"Check-in staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great for a brief stay if you are not looking for extras. Pros: clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean floor, decent bathroom, nice to have soap dispenser at sink. Cons: unappealing curbside, lobby and hallways smell like old cigarette smoke (room did not), no where to set your luggage, low quality shower head, air conditioner very noisy/loud. Plan on getting morning coffee elsewhere, not available at hotel. Was very pleased for one...

"Start strong with the staff. I was traveling with my elderly mother and aunt. They brought me shower chair because the handicap/wheelchair room was not available even though I requested in reservation. The hotel smell musky, the lobby corners were dirty, the room had 2 full trash cans, previous guest food in mini fridge, there was lil papers, can tabs all around the beds, there was trash left on ledge of bathtub, and lip prints on the window. "The whole hotel smells like dog poo. I wouldget a steam cleaner to clean the carpets in the hallways and that would make it much nicer. The rooms are not bad, cold AC and good shower, but the smell in the hallways is pretty bad."

"Room 225. Very dirt room and bathroom. No towels or new toilet paper. Hair and pee on floor and bathroom door. Breakfast was awful. No drinks for kids only coffee. 2 cereals and waffles is not a breakfast."

"The parking lot is really torn up upon arrival. Lobby was clean and staff was fairly friendly upon checking in. Pool area was fun for the kids with toys and floaties available for them to use. Pool towels were not stocked in the pool area, so it was slightly in convenient having to hunt them down (after being told they should be in the cabinet in the pool area). The worst part was our room smelled like dirty, wet dog! It smelled so bad and hit you in the face every time we came back to the room....

"I requested a quiet room and got it.. It was near the side exit and conveniently located to the parking lot. The room was spacious with a couch and another TV, but I didn’t know how to work either of them with one remote I also couldn’t get the wifi to work. The pw didn’t work, but I have an unlimited mobile phone subscription so it was not a dealbreaker. The shower hot water tap wasn’t working when I checked in, but I washed my hair kneeling down.
