"Our window was pane was broken all over and literally duct taped together, bathroom fan didnt work which explained the water damage on bathroom door and trim, half smoked cigarette between the bed and wall, the corners and carpet along the trim clearly hadn't been swept in god knows how long, ants were found in the bathroom and between the AC and bed, asked for towels and they didnt have any, asked for a hair dryer and she had to look through multiple empty rooms before she found one she could give to me, and there was trash all over the property outside. Didn't eat the breakfast, use the pool, fitness room or any other amenity. The only positive thing I can say about the place is that the girl at the front desk was very sweet, pleasant and tried to be as helpful and accommodating as she could. Won't be staying there again. Too many other/better options in ft wayne for the same price"
