"We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection."

"Gorgeous hotel and central location for us. Staff was nice. However, there was a lot of construction and painting going on and unfinished things in the hotel.. no hot tub. Also to get an uber was kind of annoying because they couldn’t stop on the busy road. I loved the room though! Beautiful. I wish we had good weather because I would’ve been in the pool the whole time!"

"Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin."

"The breakfast was good. Eggs, pork sausage, DIY waffle maker, various cereals, various pastries, and fruit. A few different fruit juices, milk, and coffee with choices of creamers and sugar(s).
The room was quite and the air conditioner wirked great.
There was an iron and ironing board available. A hair dryer was available in the bathroom. There were a couple of bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. "

"I wish I would’ve booked a hotel further away that was better. Absolutely not worth the astounding price I paid of $331 per night bc of a concert in town - which I wasn’t attending. The AC had bugs crawling in it and I came home with bug bites in my legs. The room was damp and smelled and we couldn’t breathe at night because of the stale air. I would neee stay here again. The staff was beyond rude and not helpful. And I don’t write bad reviews. I’ve never given a 2 star review for anything...

"The hotel was actually beautiful and there was so many different little things there. But I wanna give it two stars because of the mattress there was like a sink hole in the mattress.
