"Then hotel is centrally located to everything you'd want to walk to like the museum, art galleries, restaurants, & local shops. Our room was great. Our room did not have a street or river view however it did have a window that opened to a lovely internal courtyard with plants, a table and seating for 2 and bench swings. The courtyard is accessible for use although I believe we were the only guests to use it. We really appreciated the quietness when we arrived for the night to sleep. The water pressure is very strong. Robes and slippers are provided. I really appreciated the bedside control panel for all the lights. The breakfast buffet was delicious! All the food was fresh. The buffet stations were kept clean and well stocked. If an item was finished it was either refilled or cleaned up. The staff were extremely professional. They all were welcoming and polite when we arrived and left. I highly recommend The Hotel Grand Saigon. I will definitely stay here again."

"We loved our stay at the Liberty Central. The hotel location was ideal, within walking distance to most tourist attractions. Our room on the 11th floor was impeccably clean & modern with a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast served both delicious local and western varieties. Staff at this hotel is well trained. From front desk reception to housekeeping to restaurant attendants all are courteous and friendly. We had a blast staying at Liberty Central Citypoint and hope to come back again. "

"I can’t talk about this hotel enough. I booked the Sanctuary Executive Double Room for a family trip, and we all agreed that the hotel was truly the highlight of our stay. The hospitality was exceptional — the staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly prompt in their service. When my mother unfortunately experienced food poisoning, the team quickly provided fruits that were gentle on her stomach within minutes. We were genuinely touched by their care and responsiveness. Honestly, the level of service surpassed many five-star hotels we’ve stayed at. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary drinks and snacks, which immediately made us feel at home. There was also a lovely complimentary high tea from 2–5pm daily, served with the cutest tea sets — and the food was absolutely delicious. On our last day, the team even prepared a card and gifted us chocolates as a thank-you for staying. Such thoughtful gestures made the entire experience feel personal and heartfelt. Our family would like to express our sincere appreciation for the top-notch service at Silverland Sakyo Hotel & Spa. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English. We will certainly be keeping an eye out for other Silverland Hotels & Spa properties in the future because of this wonderful experience. Keep up the amazing work!"
