"The hotel caters for big tourist buses and behind the glamourous entrance there is little attention to details and customer care. I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) . Finally, basic hotels services like indoor poor and gym come at an extra price…but it is not indicated in the booking. Overall, a disappointing experience especially when compared to nearby...

"Otelde 2 gece oda, kahvaltı konakladık. Odanın içi, temizliği, konsepti çok güzel. Temizliği ve tertip düzeni gayet güzel. Açık büfe kahvaltıda bol çeşit ve lezzetliydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Açık alanda manzarası güzel. Sabah 5 de kalkıp balonları uzaktan seyredebilirsiniz. Oda içinde manzara yok ama odaların tasarımı çok şık. Yürüyerek şehir içine rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Biz memnun kaldık tavsiye ederim."
