"A very nice, well-appointed hotel, located inside of a vacation village. Restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance, as was the beach. Numerous cycling trails that crisscross the country are accessible right from the hotel. "

"Nice hotel facing the lighthouse. The hotel interior is a bit old fashioned, but absolutely okay and well serviced. Super friendly staff and great view from the west balcony to the sea. Try the Tripa in the little hut in front of the hotel.😋"

"Easily the best hotel we stayed at in Portugal this summer. Staff was very attentive and the room was great. The pool area is small but cute and the restaurant’s tasting menu was amazing. Location you can’t beat - right in the center of town and very walkable. We will come back for sure! "

"One of the most unique and charming places I have ever stayed. It is a living arts museum as much as a guest house. The main rooms, the bedrooms each have art from the original owner within. It was a joy to stay in, I wish we had been there for more than one night and would return again. One note - as I am not sure Expedia made it clear is that there are shared bathrooms and a shared lounge and kitchen. We didn’t mind that at all - but it is something to be aware of. "
