"First impression was Very positive... the receptionist that was working during my arrival receives 5 stars in my opinion. This is how I and all guest should be greeted when arriving at a hotel. She was friendly, outgoing, professional and informative. Now on the negative. 1.- The mattresses are definitely due for an upgrade as well as the chairs in the lobby that when you sit down, you practically sink down about a foot. 2.-Continental breakfast is misleading. "Water was terrible they replaced the boiler and we were out of water for awhile then there was sand in the water never told us if the water was safe are not bath rooms needed a better cleaning no vacuuming in your room if you ask for your room to be cleaned all they do is straighten your bed and put new towels and empty trash to me that is not cleaning the room they should vacuum and clean the bathroom so I give them a 3 on cleaning"
