No air conditioning, hotel staff will take your stuff during room service. For what you pay it’s awful service and the reception will always lie to you.

I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value.

Room was clean and great for solo traveller. The location is a little far from city center, but is definitely walkable to city center and the train station. Location is quiet and safe, and there’s a grocery store right beside the building so very convenient. The shower was a bit small and nowhere to put the shower gel, so it was a bit difficult to place my things. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception is limited hours, but I didn’t find that to be a problem. Overall I would recommend!

It's very quiet and clean. There's a supermarket nearby, so it's very convenient. The best of all is the view. The staff is also very friendly.

j'avais une petit crainte suite aux avis affichés il y a plus de 3 ans, mais mes craintes sont vite partie, appart vraiment propre et fonctionnelle. lit double comme simple sont confortable. Manque juste un canapé pour l'appartement de 6 personnes pour regarder la télé en famille.

직원 친절 등 가성비 최고
리셉션 직원 친절함, 기대 이상의 룸 크기 및 청결 등 나무랄데 없는 곳이었습니다. 간단 취사도 할 수있고 바로 옆 큰 마트 이용으로 다른 불편한 점 없었고, 교황청도 걸어서 그리 멀지 않은 곳이어서 너무 좋았습니다. 정말 가성비 최고의 숙소인 것으로 판단됩니다.

Centro ciudad con mucha historia hotel práctico
Avingon tiene un centro histórico muy agradable y unos monumentos excelentes repletos de historia. El Aparthotel Sainte-Marthe está muy bien y es muy nuevo pero aunque parece que está en el centro no es así, está junto a la muralla pero de la muralla a el Palacio de los Papas y el puente hay que caminar un buen rato, afortunadamente dentro de la muralla no hay mucha circulación y se puede caminar bien. El parking es del hotel pero hay que pagar 12 euros por noche a parte.

Zentral gelegen, mit Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof.(15€). Es gibt auch einen einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Ca. 8min zu Fuß. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, mit kleiner Kochnische und Kühlschrank. Frühstück (13€) war auch ganz ok- aber Kaffee leider aus dem Pappbecher. Dafür aber leckeres Baguette, Pancakes und Rührei/Spiegelei. Zimmer war schon vorklimatisiert. Von dort sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Papstpalast ist ganz schön- den Garten und die Brücke kann man sich aber schenken.

If driving a car, it is difficult to locate. Had to park at least one kilometre away and walk to locate it. Then charged 15 euros to park. Dearest. Everyone else charges 10 euros. Won’t accept you till their stated hours so checkin is problematic - too many people wanting a room. Expectation that you bring you rubbish down with you on exit, take your bags to the car and then return your key. No real service.

This place is a steal! Very reasonably priced, immediately outside the walled city. Right next to a (nice) grocery store. It was the only room fridge we had in France that worked! It has cheap laundry facilities on site. Small kitchenette. Secure building and parking. It feels like a dorm but we loved that.
