"So much better than I expected. The bar area, restaurant and huddle areas were all so beautifully done and the food and drink lprices were very reasonable.
Plenty of electric car charging available.
All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly.
Rooms very comfortable and modern.
Will definitely book again next time we stay in Loughborough."

"Rooms were spacious although they were quite warm. No opening windows.
The restaurant is extremely expensive.
The bar chairs are very uncomfy - just sink into them and definitely need replacing. Aside from that it is a nice hotel and friendly staff."

"We were very impressed from the outset. Speedy check in, huge room with 6ft bed, big bathroom with bath and separate shower and nice towels. The pool and spa are a good size with very friendly, helpful staff. We slept well.
