" The hotel was clean, comfortable, and generally well maintained. The room was tidy and the staff was polite and helpful during the stay. One thing to note is transportation: there are very few taxis available in the area and Grab does not operate here, so getting around usually requires using tricycles. If you know how to manage locally, most necessities are easy to find. There is a large local market just a 5-minute walk away, as well as shops and food options nearby. Overall a pleasant stay, but the price felt a bit high for what is offered. Better value for money would improve the experience."

"Love this place! Small property on Markoe cove. The beach is a coral beach with a seawall. Water is clear and beautiful. Our room was magnificent with old world charm. AC blew cold. Restaurant was great we ate dinner there once and breakfast everyday. It’s only a 5 minute tricycle ride to the nightlife in Sabang beach if that is your thing. If your looking for solitude and beauty this is it. WiFi was intermittent but I was there to unwind. Cellular signal was strong though. Staff was great and attentive. I will be back. If your never been to Mindoro the water is beautiful. I was on a short stay but next time I plan to dive."

"Excellent boutique hotel every room has ocean view. Low key location and area. Nice restaurant and bar and pool all overlooking the ocean. Truly amazing facility! Small hotel left my valuables in my room never locked the door. Snorkeling in front of hotel at reef, has dive shop with dive sites 5-10 minute boat ride. I travel the world extensively this location is special as is the service and attention! You will not be disappointed. "
