I came in on check in time. No one was at the desk and need to ring the bell to be assisted. I was not welcomed by the desk clerk. Just took my id checked me in and I was in my way.

Azalea Hotels & Residences Baguio
Did not meet my expectations. Guest’s service agents had poor service, as well as kuya J restaurant staffs for ala cart. Service staffs during breakfast buffet was great and i mostly appreciate the house keeping staffs, they are more accommodating compared to the front staffs.
