We just spent nearly a week at Marival Distinct and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was top notch. Every single person we interacted with, from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the pool attendants, was warm, attentive, and clearly took pride in their work. It never felt scripted; it felt like they wanted us to have a great trip.
One person deserves a special mention: Orlando at Lemmon Grass. He was the gold standard for service. Attentive without hovering, always a step ahead of what we needed, and he made every meal there feel like the highlight of the day. If you are lucky enough to have him take care of your table, you will understand exactly what I mean.
The property itself is beautiful and well kept, the food was consistently excellent, and the pace of the place made it easy to actually relax. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt overlooked.
