"La llegada fue horrible, me mandaron al resor equivocado, cuando por fin llegué a la propiedad las indicaciones para estacionarme por parte del personal fueron dudas, al llegar a recepción después de una gran fila para poder ser atendido me hicieron esperar casi 2 horas para decirme que no encontraron mi reservación y que necesitaba vomver a pagar la estancia, nunca pudieron comunicarse con expedía y finalmente la gerente de reservación me recomendó que me quedara en otro hotel por qué no tenían mi reservación, al final terminaron cobrando por mi reservación sin que me dieran el serevicio, a esto le llamo robo y deshonestidad."

"We had an absolutely wonderful 7-day stay at Marquis in Cabo. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. A special thank you to Monti, Enrique and Jonny for their outstanding service and for making our stay even more memorable. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The only area that could be improved is the food selection. While the quality was good, we would have appreciated a greater variety of menu options throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly return. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable."

"Hard Rock Los Cabos treated us like family. I wish i could have bring to Houston the kids club girls and the coffee shop guy. People here go above and beyond to make you feel like you are having a vacation at your own house! The food is pretty good! A boomer we couldn’t try the steak restaurant but the breakfast at the Market and Ciao were amazing! For dinner you have Umo, which food is incredibly good! Ciao, their italian food also really good and Zen (tepanyaki) was pretty good! The shows were good we just couldn’t go to all because we have a toddler! The activities and music by the pool keeps you pretty entertained! We personally thought that the weather was super chilly for our taste when we vacation by the beach! But this doesn’t have anything to do with the Hotel! David, from the coffee shop was incredible nice, talkative! I just wanted to bring him home with me! He was like a little friend to us for the whole week! :) And last but not least the girls at the Kids Club, Zaida, Jacky, Sonia, Ashley, Paola and Fabiola were beyond amazing! These girls give everything to make feel my little girl so loved! Their activities keep them super entertaining and engaged! When we were leaving it felt just like a breakup! They love what they do and you can tell! We go on vacation to all inclusive resorts all over the world and Hard Rock los cabos was just amazing!"

"My background is I stayed 1-2 other all inclusive that were great. Little did I know, that here, I was the second class of a other guests . Not all restaurants available, what was there had limited hours, all closed at 6. Towels were so old, tired and worn out, lacking real hot water, mini bar was zip, bartenders look like they straight up despised guests. Maybe I need more experiences in the area to be fair but I am somewhat disappointed with my experience especially the sales pitch upon registration to hook onto their new hotel."

"They were doing construction during our stay, but that didn’t affect the quality of our trip. The resort was very nice, the staff were helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The room included Tide detergent, dishwasher pods, pots, pans, trash bags, dish soap and more. We were also close to grocery stores, shopping malls, and restaurants. The food at the onsite restaurant Estrella was amazing! Pool area was nice and had a lot of activities. My wife and I agreed that this will be the only hotel we stay at during our future visits to Cabo."
