"This resort exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything was first class. The property is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained inside and out. The staff went above and beyond to make every part of our stay enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The pools were gorgeous, crystal clear, and impeccably clean. Room service was fast and reliable, delivering whatever we needed right to our door. The food was outstanding. Every restaurant was excellent, and the buffets were honestly some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast was incredible every morning, and the all-inclusive experience was worth every penny, with great food, premium drinks, beer, liquor, and cocktails always available. The beaches were breathtaking, the views were unforgettable, and seeing the famous Arch made the trip even more special. Best of all, we felt completely safe throughout our entire vacation. Cabo truly feels like the Hamptons of Mexico—luxurious, vibrant, and incredibly beautiful. I can’t recommend this resort enough. It was one of the best vacations I’ve ever taken, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed."

"Enjoyed the restaurants very much especially YuHi . I lost my wallet after too many all-inclusive drinks,was returned by staff with hundreds of dollars and all credit cards in place!! View from room was amazing as were all the employees. Will definitely be back many more times!"

"I like that there was plenty of food variety and it was delicious as well . Everything I ate tasted wonderful. I didn’t like that the elevator in my section wasn’t working . I had a bad back unfortunately that was an inconvenience."

"It was our first trip to Los Cabos and we stayed at HyattZiva. We really had a blast. Highly recommended. Look no where else. Food, kids activities, entertainment activities and staff, all staff (everyone was so welcoming, warm, always checking on you, Jose, Axel, Ertega, Margarita, Utibes, Paulo to name a few). We stayed in recently renovated building. Room was awesome with balcony and direct Ocean view. Pool was very clean, fish tacos everyday and just awesome. You can order coconuts (extra charge). Pick up from airport was smooth (20 minutes ride). We booked travel with less car service. On time pick up and drop and super clean car and safe. Highly recommended to do camel ride and ATV or UTV activities. Dinner cruise highly recommended and private boat tour to arch."

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sandos and would highly recommend this resort. The entire resort was very clean, ALL staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the marina and the downtown area. The Sushi/Pizza bar near the pool provided great sushi rolls and pizza. The breakfast buffet was decent but could have more options. Each of the dining restaurants for dinner had good choices and the food was presented elegantly, but more importantly, it tasted good. We would stay at this resort again."
