"Staff was rude I booked for 4 Adults & 2 Children still they charged for 2 children Rs 1000 for children extra Morning tea kettle was used and dirty. Staff bluntly said might not have washed. Cockroaches in room. Overall it was a nightmare. we stayed there just because cancellation was non refundable "

"Reception, service and restaurant stuffs were very kind and friendly. I had difficulties with Ola driver due to extended area. Reception helped me and arranged driver at very fair condition. Also helped me about city sightseeing. I enjoyed staying with friendly atmosphere. Thank you"

"Walking into the reception, there was a strong stench. A/C remotes were not working. Staff did everything to fix this before allotting a different room where fridge was not functioning & there was no hot water kettle to prepare tea "
