Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The best breakfast we ever had in a hotel. Michelle did a fantastic job. The Graystone Lodge is now our hotel of choice in Boone.

Everything was perfect except the restaurant that was advertised as open 7 days a week was closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We did not know that until we went to eat dinner. Very disappointed that we were not told at check-in. Otherwise, we had a lovely visit.
