"Very convenient location and friendly staffs. It seems that the building is a bit old - musty smell and confusing layout but this is a transit hotel and not a resort so overall it is a good stay"

"Clean room and lovely staff. The breakfast buffet was yum, with a wide range of food. The breakfast staff was very attentive and kind with our two children."

"Everything was fine, you can't fault it. It's spacious, clean, breakfast had lots to choose from. Staff from front of house to housekeeping, everyone was very helpful throughout. The only observation to highlight is that this is one of the first most established resorts in the Nusa Dua area. Which does explain the more classic/period décor throughout the grounds, compared to the neighbouring newer entrants within the Nusa Dua enclave."
