"The Maclean Guest House was in a very convenient spot within Fort William. It was an easy walk to get to the main commercial street, yet far enough away to have easy parking. "Although this property is small, the people running it are big hearted. We were driving from Isle of Skye on a very stormy day when we received message from Mark and Louisa to inform us that we could checkin earlier as they did not want us to be waiting in the storm until checkin time. We were quite touched by the gesture. The free parking was very convenient. The room was clean and well decorated. The toilet + shower were modern and comfortable. "Lovely stay and hosts. Stunning view over the little harbour from the room. Perfect for sunset viewing. They had a garden in front of the house where we sat in the afternoon reading. Spotless clean and modern room. Great bathroom and nice beds. Close to the house you have a pub and restaurant with good meals. We should definitely be happy to return."

"What a gem of a property. We really enjoyed our stay, and the host and his sister were super welcoming and helpful. It felt like we were visiting relatives.
