"My main complaint about this hotel is the aircon, the weather was hot so I wanted a hotel with aircon, I was disappointed to find that the settings automatically turn off the aircon after 3 hours, meaning I go to sleep in a nice environment but wake up at 4-5am in 29c of heat. "Hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Great location, however be aware that the trains are quite loud at night. Staff were very helpful and the gym and pool were lovely. The only fault I have is that the beds are slightly uncomfortable and the pillows are very hard."
