Call and ask if the pool is open before booking. Its an important amenity to find out is not there. Its the only reason I booked here. The guy behind the bulletproof glass window was not happy to be there. The whole place smell like marijuana in the hall ways, it made me nauseous. The rest of the staff seemed very nice including the cleaning lady.

Newly renovated room with upgraded tv. The beds are so comfortable and the sheets have a high thread count. The down pillows I just sink into. It’s quiet and I enjoy luxurious hot shower and sleep like a baby!! I hope they continue with the upgrades in the hallways.

We booked 2 double beds for 4 people. Got there at 5pm only to be told there were no doubles available. They put us in a room with a king bed and a pull out couch. The pull out was like sleeping on a grill! I wouldn’t even complain if that’s was what we booked. Most sofa beds aren’t the best, but frustrating since we did book the double beds. Aside from that, hotel was clean.

The check in process was smooth and easy, the room was clean. However, Room 418 air conditioning was so loud, I had to turn it off. The toilet was also not steady. It moved when you sat on it. Unfortunately for me I vould not sleep well because the people in the room next door were so loud, I could hear every conversation, moan and squeal! I was going to d rive a rental truck ftom MD to Jupiter Florida, but could not sleep!

Good hotel

Was disappointed that the pool wasn't open. We had my niece with us & that was an amenity we wanted for her & we werent told it was closed. Breakfast was a bit of a let down as well not many choices. The over all stay was good though. Staff was friendly & the rooms were clean

The room was a good size, the bathroom was spacious, the facility looked decent both on the inside and outside but the gym could’ve been updated, the pool being indefinitely closed, it appears, was a bummer and the hallways could’ve been better kempt.

Price was very affordable. The staff was very friendly, accommodated every request, and gave us a late check out. Breakfast was good, apples, boiled eggs, coffee, waffle maker and syrup cups, cereal, bread with jam packets, apple juice. Wifi was good. No cost for parking, no need for a parking tag. Elevator worked. cheapest gas in Maryland right around the corner. Things that were not OK: 1) only apple juice dispenser worked. If you pressed any other button, the whole machine leaked water from all nozzles. 2) printer was out of order 3) i went on Thanksgiving, it was cold outside, I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. However, when we got there, pool was closed. It had failed inspection and was decommissioned for whole of 2025. 4) keycard stopped working twice. Had to go to front desk to have them reporgrammed. 5) Biggest issue: We were on fourth floor, and there was a strong smell of weed in the corridor and in our room. I sleep badly, so when I got up at 5 am, no weed smell. So someone on our floor was smoking inside all five night we stayed there. I have a 5 year old and a 16 month year old, so we fixed the issue by blasting the A/C at full power throughout the room.

Concert weekend

Our stay was great. Everyone we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. This is a definite place we will stay again.
