Great hotel, beautiful grounds and pools. Designed for families. Waterslides and kids pool was great. Pool access room was amazing. Clean rooms and facilities. Safe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was amazing. So many options. Highly recommend.

Despite arriving at the hotel on time, we had to wait over two hours for our room to be allocated, which was quite disappointing, especially as we were traveling with small kids and were already exhausted after a long flight and a journey from Phuket to Krabi. Wow! This place was a gem. Staff was extremely nice. Rooms were great. Aside from WiFi issues but that was fixed immediately. I enjoyed my stay!
