"The hotel is in a quiet, isolated location with beautiful views, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. She didn’t smile, wasn’t welcoming, and seemed annoyed when I asked for information about the nearby national park. The rest of the staff were great and professional.
