"Our stay was absolutely amazing. Steve and Lizzy are super friendly and accommodating - both really kind and helpful sharing info about the local area, and Lizzy made such a lovely homemade breakfast, even catering for me as a vegan, and surprised my partner with a delightful banana blueberry muffin complete with a candle for his birthday - it was above and beyond! "The shower was leaking water in 4 places and difficult to operate. Water ended up going everywhere. The shower was extremely high to step up into. My other coworkers commented on this for their rooms too. The room was never cleaned or freshened up in a Mon- Fri stay. They kept asking for tips at the bar even for one drink?"

"We loved the well kept hotel. The garden is manicured and gorgeous! We ate at the restaurant and the meal was tasty and nice. We also watched live sports at the pub. Staff was very attentive in both and accommodating. I’d highly recommend staying at the hotel if you’re visiting the beautiful Cotswolds. "
