great location very close to the train station (Nipori). The staff are very polite. The room is good but quite small as it's usual in Japan.

Fantastic location for starters. So easy to get to most major stations. The view is incredible. Our room was always cleaned when we asked for it. The staff were always accomodating and had an easy to access laundry. We were there for 3 weeks and would easily go back again.

Got a non-smoking room on a smoking-floor. Strong smoke smell. This was our 2nd stay at this property, mainly, because of it's close proximity to the train station which we find great for train connections.
