We had a wonderful two-night stay while attending a wedding. The staff was outstanding—so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The playground was a wonderful bonus for my little granddaughter, and the staff went above and beyond to make her weekend extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!
Clean and convenient accommodations with well furnished kitchenette. Additionally, very helpful staff providing free bus transportation and directing you to the bus line right outside the lobby door. The bus to town has easy connections for many attractions in the area without having to fight or pay for parking!
Convenient location, helpful staff, parking / bus pass included, nice space, good kitchen in the condos, kid friendly. The pillows weren’t comfortable, but otherwise it was a great experience.
Clean spacious rooms, big, bright and comfortable. Just a suggestion, provide some hook for hanging clothes. People at the reception were gem of staff anybody can think of, very helpful, courteous and professional.

The cabin worked well for our family of 5 for 2 nights. We had a small issue which the staff took care of very nicely. Responsive and friendly. Great location with easy shuttle to Downtown Banff.
Definitely showing its age. Staff were welcoming. Stayed in a cabin and bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Wasn’t the worst but wouldn’t choose to stay there again.
Surprisingly nicely renovated . Very clean well stocked kitchen. The only issue was that the shower door handle was broken. My lower back hit the handle and left me with a bruise.
It was a great stay! Close enough to town but away to the point where it felt like we were in the mountains. The bed was comfortable and the staff were so pleasant and helpful. We would stay again!
Staff was very friendly and efficient and checked in with us several times to ensure we had everything we need. Property was clean and updated. We were really happy with our stay. Lots of free parking and also free ROAM transit passes to hop to downtown in 10 minutes, which we loved. Would definitely stay again!
Very good location, the room is spaceful for family travel.

Staff were very helpful and polite and the view was unique. The only disadvantage (if you don't have a car) is related to the location as this resort is relatively far away from main strip of the city and the Banff conference centre. Staff should know the bus routes well (2 and 7 in my case) to avoid isolation. Also, where the next Sobeys or IGA to get provisions. Given there is no restaurant service, should invite guests to go to the Mountain Buffalo restaurant one block away to dine there. Great food there.
Clean, courteous staff, decent beds. Did not care for the pillows, as they were hard as rock, lots of pillows but to hard.
All in all, was a great stay and would recommend for others.
