"Room was discusting blood and poo in the room on walls and pillows. Complaint made to staff and was not dealt with compliant made on email after and still not had a response. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in"

"The building was beautiful and our room was good, the bed very comfortable. B We only stayed one night but the food was disappointing. We met friends who had stayed for a few nights and they felt the same. That’s the only thing that lets it down really"

"Some mix up at the beginning as didn’t notice we were with a child but sorted promptly. The extractor for the bathroom made an odd noise but they were trying to fix it. Staff were exceptional. Lovely stay."
