This hotel is great. Right beside the metro with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff lovely and friendly. Great tasty made to order breakfast options, although it can be busy at peak times. Would I stay here again definitely!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel well placed on Porto for sightseeing . We had a suite which was fantastic . The staff are superb so friendly helpful and very enthusiastic . The breakfast was very good with excellent service . Would most definitely recommend

A great place to stay when visiting Porto! The staff were very helpful from check in to check out, the hotel is very located when going around the city and overall great value for money. Would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Porto!

Great hotel in the centre, staff a very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well decorated. Hotel is very beautiful inside and out. Good facilities with a modest gym, good sauna and steam room. Piano player at breakfast is a nice touch, creates a lovely atmosphere.

Perfect location for a break in Porto. Very close to Sao Bento station & the city centre. Rooms were very clean & a good size. Excellent choice of breakfast . Staff very helpful & knowledgeable . Only downside was the absence of a room safe.

I had a great stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. I really appreciated the choice of pillows and the overall comfort of the bed. The hotel has a calm atmosphere and feels modern and well maintained. A lovely place to stay — I’d definitely choose it again.

The hotel is stunning what looks like an old castle , everything is kept so clean and the rooms are so spacious ! Breakfast is sooo good lots of choices cereal croissants lovely breads bacon eggs mushrooms fresh tomatoes cheeses and hams and lots of cake and pastries! We had a time slot each day which keeps the dining area less busy week organised !everyone was sooo friendly as well ! We would def recommend and go back again one day

This was the most beautiful property - an old house converted into a fabulous B&B with very spacious and extremely well appointed rooms and great views over the city. But what really made it stand out was the level of personal service - we were greeted with a welcome drink of port, coffee and tea was available any time of the day and night, and every afternoon they laid on cakes and biscuits! Absolutely outstanding - and the staff were just so lovely. The only thing to be warned about is that...

Nicely appointed rooms, comfortable and spacious. Ate at the rooftop restaurant which was excellent. Breakfast also good, with plenty of choices. Location is a little bit out of the main area (10mins walk), but very handy for the Metro. Entrance to the hotel is off a small quiet road, doesn’t feel the safest (dark, graffiti, etc.) of an evening, however I saw no issues.

A beautiful stay. The hotel feels luxurious and the staff are very friendly and fix issues very quickly (we had a broken key door and the room was immediately exchanged!) It is walking distance from the city centre and on a quiet road. I could not recommend highly enough!

All in all an excellent hotel in an excellent location. Helpfull staf good kitchen.

Beautiful and clean room. Great location; close to the beach, supermarket and bus stop! However, the female receptionist we had all three days was not very nice unfortunately. Not helpful at all and actually rude at answering our questions. Sighing and rolling her eyes. Nevertheless, we would still recommend this hotel because it was great.
