"Clean room but had to turn on air when we got there; it was turned off. Some items need repair/upkeep. Small coffe station but coffee was good. Small parking lot. Breakfast was limited to cereal,a few bagels/muffins and some fruit."

"Long lines at the front desk on both days of our stay. Housekeeping never showed up to clean our room, despite being requested. And we returned the first evening to find the bathroom floor flooded into the hallway. Upon contacting the front desk, I was asked what we had done to cause the flooding. Then we were told that we would have to move ourselves to another room as the staff was too busy. The next room was a handicapped room. The shower handle came off in my hand the next morning. Management was not available and the staff appears to be beleaguered and overwhelmed. "
