Used the hotel when I travelled with my dog. It was perfect. Very nice staff. I had left a book in the room and they are keeping it till I get back there. I was so pleased and grateful for that.

Had to wait at reception for staff to appear! Rang bell 3 times. Knocked on door marked private. Called out. Phoned property, rang in front of me - no one answered. Sent message. Finally someone arrived from one of the hallways but passed us and went into breakfast room with out saying anything. ...
