"Das Haus ist wunderschön, eine ehemalige Schmiede. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch Restaurant am Abend und wirklich beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war groß und passend zum alten Gemäuer eingerichtet. Leider keine Klimaanlage dafür ein Ventilator. Unser Hund konnte mit zum Frühstück und auch abends ins Restaurant. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung."

"The building is beautiful from the outside, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation on the inside. The only positive aspects of my stay were the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, and the housekeeping staff. The cleaning team did an outstanding job and kept the rooms clean and well maintained throughout my stay. Overall, despite a few positive points, I would not consider this a true four-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! My fear when I stay in the area is always humidity/musty rooms… but in Ixua there’s no sign of anything less than pristine. It all looks, feels and is clean. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The views are well… worth everything. The food and service absolutely amazing. Thank you Roberto and Munya."

"Ermua is a thriving community where we felt really safe when out at night. The hotel is central with lovely rooms and fabulous staff. The hotel bar is welcoming and popular with local people. The bar serves a selection of tapas which are great. We would definitely stay again if in the area."
