"Beautiful property. We had a great experience. Our room was upgraded and we received a lovely welcome gift. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were on the street side which was a little noisy but nothing terrible. We loved the location and the breakfast was amazing!! Danny was wonderful. He was so kind, remembered us and was so personable. We’d definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Excellent location! Clean, good beds and good shower. Walkable to almost everything. Responsive to any needs right away. Appliances could use english manuals as instructions were confusing. Great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Towel changes provided are nice to have. Thought we were booking the unit with the pool but ours did not have one. Make sure you are choosing the right apartment when booking. "

Nombreux restos et services de quartier à proximité, en plus d’être à distance de marche des attractions et monuments à visiter. Terrasse au toit aménagée avec chaises et tables basses pour prendre l’apero, se reposer et profiter de la piscine. Nous avons profité du coin cuisine pour le petit-déjeuner. "Great location but pricey"

"Excellent property with very helpful staff who were always willing to help . Breakfast was exceptional and lovely , friendly staff . The rooftop bar was very popular and had a great atmosphere ( often very busy ), but as guests we were always given a prime table . We would definitely return and recommend to anyone travelling to Sevilla."

"Would have given 5 stars but the man on duty Sunday night 24th May was most unhelpful. His directions included to turn left at the big tree. There are multiple big trees! His attitude was not hospitable. When we came back an hour later and I said we got lost he replied ok and shrugged his shoulders as though not bothered."

"The hotel required charges for additional persons differently from what sent to us in Hotels.com confirmation. It was €15 per person as said in confirmation but hotel charged €60They do not consider hotels.com confirmation an official policies. We paid but not happy!. "

"This place is beautiful and it’s close to Saville Church and a series of tourist shops. We didn’t walk across the bridge but it’s close to that as well. There is also a supermarket a couple blocks up from the hotel. We had an amazing time staying here. We used the kitchen a lot and it was helpful to be able to wash our clothing. The staff is friendly and know some English. I liked the pool though it’s small and the terrace is beautiful"

"Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. All in all a good stay."

"Nice clean modern hotel, excellent staff, very good breakfast. In Sercotel Don Luciano I finally found a hotel in Spain that i could get a good nights sleep in , the bed was comfortable and didn’t hear the neighbors. Breakfast was really good Only downside is tiny pool with only 4 lounge chairs and 2 sofas. The staff at reception and bar were great"
