"We live in the area. Unfortunately, due to weather, we lost power. We decided to get a hotel room because we have a well, and no power means no water. Julie at the front desk was fabulous, super nice and helpful. The next morning the woman taking care of breakfast, I believe her name was Francis, went above and beyond. In a world where customer service no longer exists, this place was exceptional. Highly recommend!"

I love my room it was nice and spacious and we had a good time. We enjoyed the indoor pool and exercise room too. "

"This is my second time staying at this Tru by Hilton location, and I’ve had another great experience. The hotel is very clean — which I truly appreciate because I’m very sensitive to even the slightest bit of unclean conditions. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and check-in is smooth every time. I’ve arrived later than the 3pm check-in time and never had any issues. Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable, and pleasant stay."
