This is a great place to stay, everything was nice and clean. We were impressed, especially with the breakfast. It was everything you could ask for and the lady putting it out was amazing. Our only hiccup was the elevator was down for a bit, and I have bad knees.

Property was great The room was wonderful The bed was comfortable very clean only problem is is we were kept up all night long with the above occupants stomping running jumping etc. The poor young girl at the desk tried to call and go up there to confront them they never once answered nor did they stop.

I must say that the hotel, amenities, & staff were top notch. Everyone and everything was more than we could’ve asked for. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite with jetted tub. They mad our anniversary a memory that we will never forget. Will stay again. Every staff member working that weekend deserves a raise.

We had fun with the indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I used their laundry and it was conveniently located at thebhotel. The housekeepers were extremely accomidating when asking for extra items. Our rooms were very well equipped with microwave fridge and kuereg. The room was very clean as well. This is our second time staying a t this hotel in Batesville and we will not stay anywhere else when we return.
