Great upscale spot, good value for the $$$, and the only hotel in town with its own spa fed by the famous hot spring mineral waters of Bath. A must if you’re going for the healthy waters.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms, great service and breakfast, really convenient for shops. It's a shame the facilities are limited to over 16s, whilst advertising family friendly with a swimming pool. Apparently it's not a swimming pool and is a spa pool available for over 16s only. Recommend hotel for adults exploring Bath, but not a family hotel.

A lovely, well appointed hotel right in the middle of Bath. Room was lovely. Free use of the spa facilities in the morning and the evening were a welcome addition to our stay. Thoroughly recommend staying in this 5 star hotel with a 5 star attitude to customer service.
