Very helpful staff, room immaculate, 2 showers, plenty of sockets for charging devices Early start hence hotel needed to be near airport £39 per night including breakfast

Overall very good stay at a bargain price. All services available and the executive suites were very nice and spacious. The only issue was a persistent bad odour from the bathroom. The hotel is in good location for Kuching with great views over the river. I would certainly stay there again when I go back to Kuching. They also had a good range of tours for those wanting to explore beyond Kuching which seemed well priced against the local tour companies.

We only stayed one night as we had an early flight the following morning and it was closer to the airport. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was a decent size. There was a little food court close by that also sold beer which was good. The staff were friendly and the WiFi was okay for simple internet stuff but struggled a bit with YouTube.

The infinity pool and gym opening hours were exceptionally good as was the food! Also, I was allowed to check out at 1pm.

Hotel is nice, new and clean

I've always enjoyed the hospitality provided by the hotel management and staff at Citadines upland, Kuching. This is my third visit within a short period of time. The apartments are well maintained and clean. I have recommended this hotel to many of my friends and family members and all came back with very good comments.

We had a great stay here as a family. Location and facilities are ideal. A special mention needs to go Wan who was in charge of the pool and pool Bar. He was such a genuine helpful happy person and made some great drinks. He gave us some ideas and local places to try which were brilliant. Thanks Wan.

We absolutely loved this hotel, you were treated like royalty the moment you arrived - the porters open the doors for you and take your suitcases; the reception staff are extremely friendly, patient and helpful. The staff always recognise you as you go in and out the hotel and ask how you are. There are a miriad of additional services at no extra cost - for example we went away for one night to Bako and they stored our large suitcases in a room and our valuables in a safe at no charge at all....

Booked for 6 nights,stayed for 10. ALL staff very friendly and helpful, super clean, comfy bed, delicious breakfast with plenty of variations & daily newspaper to read while you eat. Luggage stored for an overnight trip to Bako National Park for which the number 1 bus stops a few metres away from the hotel...perfect! Also has an amazing bidet / toilet seat! 5* from us both, thank you

The apartment really was top notch, very comfortable and incredibly well equipped. I was greeted outside hours by Lung who very quickly and efficiently got me checked in and settled in to the apartment. The properties share gym and pool facilities with the adjoining hotel and are very good and there is also an attached mall which has good shopping although I prefer the supermarket just across the main road. The Hoff, again just across the street, is a great place to get a drink and unwind a bit....

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, excellent VFM. Would recommend it and would happily stay here again.
