"The rooms are very plain looking with very cheap/uncomfortable furniture. Their “green” housekeeping plan means trash builds up for days and you are responsible for getting more towels if needed. The TV’s are old and don’t allow for streaming or casting from your phone. The hotel is fine if you don’t plan on spending much time there. Otherwise I would look elsewhere. "

"Pillow had lots of visible hair (not mine) on it and I noticed it as soon as I got into the room. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided me with new pillows. I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows. I was only there for 1 night and just needed some rest but i couldn’t help but wonder if the rest of the linens were clean/changed or not. Breakfast was what one could...

"Only booked this for indoor pool/spa had our daughter with us …spa had green mold on floor and stairs did not turn on lukewarm water …pool was not clean either Shower had visible mold around entire caulk line shower curtain was filthy ..no beverages available cooler was out of order "

"I gave an overall Ok rating because one of the reasons we stay at an Embassy Suites is the happy hour and breakfasts. Both mornings clean plates, utensils and tables were scarce. Food on the buffet was always low. Food was very good and courteous and staff where clearly working hard but they were very under staffed. Room was great and clean. Would recommend."

"Very well located, self parking was close by, valet was also available. Room was clean, bed comfortable; room mini bar was well stocked with drinks & snacks. Surprised there were no tissues or makeup remover provided (maybe I missed them). Hotel bar was pleasant & prices were reasonable. "

There are a few small issues that can be addressed - the stairway smelled like feet, the 3rd floor trash receptacle was overflowing, and the check-out process wasn't clear due to limited weekend front desk hours. I loved the size of the room, the courtyard area, and how quiet it was. I was able to sleep normally without the normal hotel sounds of people talking in the hall, closing doors, etc. The location was convenient but not in a busy, noisy area. I will definitely...
