"STAY AWAY- I plan on travel to Haiti, I booked to stay there for a whole week. I landed in port au prince-Due to political issue, I never made it to the hotel. I called customer service to get a refund . They refused to issue a refund. SO, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

"I didn't get any breakfast there's no AC there was a TV in the room with no remote they couldn't find the remote, they promised they'll send someone to bring me a universal remote never showed up, they said the ac will be on between 7pm - 7am until i left nothing I'll not go back there "
