This hotel was represented in a totally different. There was no toilet paper no soap and attendant to call. Luckily we were there for less than 24 hours.

When I got to the property it was closed. I was left out of the property at 10:20 PM at night with my two kids and family.

We stayed here because we had an early flight the next morning and it was close to the airport. When we arrived the host was so friendly and spoke great English! It was a Sunday so most of the town was shut down but we were able to walk to a nice little grocery store and grab food for dinner. The property is old and there is no elevator but we had no issues at all. Our room was quiet and we had all we needed for the evening!

Excellent accueil, très belle chambre (22) calme malgré le fait qu'elle se situe en plein centre ville, bien chauffée. Un seul petit bémol concernant le petit déjeuner, que nous avons trouvé décevant, tant sur le point qualitatif que quantitatif. Attention aux dates de péremption !!!

Et votre gentil et encourageant commentaire.Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, je peux vous assurer que c'est certainement un moment d'inattention de la part de ma collègue qui a fait que le produit périmé s'est glissé parmi les autres produits. Je peux vous assurer que des consignes vont être données pour notre vigilance soit redoublée.Pour votre appréciation de ce petit- déjeuner, je vous comprends parfaitement. Mais, j'espère que vous me comprendrez aussi que pour nous ce n'est pas toujours évident, dans le sens où nous recevons des clients de différentes cultures, des habitudes alimentaires divers... et rajouter à ça l'inflation galopante... C'est pour cela que nous avons opté pour un buffet "classique " à 9 dont le prix n'a pas bougé changé 10 ans.Au plaisir de vous revoir notre établissement...CordialementMohamed

Belle rencontre à Beauvais

Hôtel sans prétention en plein coeur de Beauvais. Le confort est simple mais suffisant, et tout est propre. Manque qques étagères dans la sdb à mon goût et l'isolation n'est pas optimale mais là encore, pas de dérangements. Le plus grand atout de ce lieu est sans nul doute la gentillesse de l'hôte, accueil au top, très chaleureux et même aux petits soins...un vrai plus!

Our flight arrived late, so we were happy the staff made arrangements to allow us entry and access to the key to our room that was easy to follow. It was difficult to carry our luggage up to the third floor without an elevator.

Staff was attentive and even offered to call taxi for us. Should post wifi password inside room so we don’t have to call and ask.

Beauvais

Short stay as travelling back from Paris. Flight early next morning from Beauvais Airport. Great location and close to shuttle bus stop to airport. Hotel is nice. Mohammad at reception is superb. Friendly, helpful. Credit to hotel. Beauvais is beautiful, incredible cathedral and historical. Lots of restaurants, clean, quiet. Centre ville beautiful.

Easy quick stay

Quick sleep over as we landed late at Beauvais airport then headed to Paris the next day for a flight back to the USA. A lot cheaper than Paris hotel! Cab ride from Beauvais airport to hotel was 14 EUR. Front desk guy an absolute pleasure and gem. Room was fine for one night. No AC so if hot then need to open windows. It’s not fancy but worked for a family for 1 night lots of food and store options nearby and Beauvais is a very nice clean town. 10 min walk to TER station for a train to Paris.

Gérant mal aimable prix avec hôtel.com 1 petit déjeuner inclus deuxième à ma charge normal le gérant mal aimable nous a dit que cela n'était pas possible et sur un ton agressif il voulait nous annulé la chambre et nous remboursé nous n'avons pas voulu car trouver un hôtel après pas évident mais je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement et je pense qu'il faudrait peut-être vérifier les accessoires de sécurité, pour les serviettes ont vous donne pour 2 adultes une grande et 2 tapis blanc moisissures joints de carrelage, toilette distributeur de rouleaux cassé, petit déjeuner moyen, ils ne faut pas avoir beaucoup de bagages car 3 étage sans ascenseur très difficile et personne pour vous aidez très très déçu

When we arrived there was a sign to call as it was closed. It scared us as we weren’t sure what to do. Thankfully the number was register with WhatsApp so we were able to communicate. My kids kept telling husband don’t judge a book by it’s cover and that is a good description for hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast and the view from room. Right next to wonderful cathedral and center square.

The hotel was much quieter than expected and the owner was gracious, accomodating, informative and friendly. He made it a great time for us. We didn't know a thing about Beauvais when we arrived and he helped us with everything we asked about.

Very central hotel on one of the shopping streets. Close to the cathedral, chateau, and square. Ok room though a little cramped. Clean.

Bon hôtel en centre ville

Séjour très agréable avec un gérant des plus sympathique. L'hôtel est situé en plein centre ville ce qui est un avantage non négligeable. La chambre était propre, bien rangée et confortable et une bouilloire avec du café et du thé m'attendait. Malheureusement le jour où je suis venu, la douche était froide. De manière générale, l'hôtel est bien pour une nuit si l'on ne souhaite pas dormir près de l'aéroport.

Nonostante la gentilezza del signore al ricevimento, la struttura è completamente fatiscente. Puzza di chiuso e umidità in camera, arredamenti datati e sanitari obsoleti. Appena arrivati lo scarico ha smesso di funzionare.. problema risolto dal personale,ma al rientro la sera è stato impossibile fare una doccia perché il doccino ci è rimasto in mano:unica soluzione possibile,lavarsi direttamente col tubo. Pulizia da rivedere completamente,moquette macchiata,capelli per terra e nei corridoi cataste di biancheria ammassate visibili dai clienti. Un solo telo doccia per due persone Scarico otturato. Prezzo assolutamente eccessivo per una struttura del genere che sembra non essere neanche a norma di legge. Pass sanitario e documenti non richiesti durante il check-in.
