"Enjoyed our stay and the great ocean views from our room and balcony on the 17th floor! The beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed. Staff were lovely and responsive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. "Nice, big clean room and en suite.
Staff downstairs in the pub were friendly, helpful and efficient. Warm welcome as non members at the Tuesday night jazz club - great band on our night.
However, globe not screwed in properly in bedside light. Fridge door panel fell off. Fixed both these problems.
Couldn't fix the lack of spoons so didn't tackle the complementary cereal.
Its a fun place - we will stay again."
