"Clean room, however I did notice stains on bed that was not changed for me. Everything else was excellent including the room service food. There was an extra room charge which I have no clue what’s it for, as I did not take anything from the hotel and I was charge 35£:)"

"Dust everywhere, bathtub was disgusting and as we put bubbles on the smell was horrific,breakfast was cold and bay marine’s were empty and when I asked a member of staff they were so rude, the only staff member that was helpful was the gentleman on reception at the time , will never stay again"

"Very clean hotel but looking a bit tired now, really thinking it needs a bit of a spruce up, upgrade in the rooms. Chipped cabinets, old worn furniture. Quite dated rooms for the park plaza brand.
