Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
When we arrived, they did not let us check in and they stated that the hotel was overbooked… mind you it was in the middle of a war and we had a confirmation number. Customer service was not nice about the situation and they could’ve handled it better by communicating with people who had booked at the hotel.
