Relaxing vacation

The hotel provided everything I was looking for and more. The breakfast was good, the room was warm and comfortable, the television had many channels to choose from, the Internet was great, and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

The property had everything I needed for a restful stay before my 6 am train the next morning. Upon arrival, I noted that the pictures were accurate. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower provided a steady stream of hot water. Although I was too tired to use the pool, it looked clean and inviting. There was also a small gym and a separate shared loungeroom with a microwave and a kettel. In the bedroom is a radiator, airconditioner and smart TV. The free WIFI was strong and consistent. The location is excellent, being very close to Beograd Centar train station, making it the perfect final stop before heading home. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and spoke perfect English.

I chose Vila Sendak because the hotels.com profile said it had a lift - not so. The only staff member I saw at all during my stay was after my 1st night, around 2pm when she was leaving for the day. I saw the swimming pool outside my window but didn’t see evidence of any other of the advertised amenities. My bathroom sink had a major plumbing problem - it leaked from the bottom of the pedestal, leaking the floor wet in the time it took for the water to run hot.

The dump was a mess with a leaking toilet and things falling apart. The toilet was stinking. They had excuses for everything. The worst hotel experience ever in my 32 years of traveling. I should be given a refund for that dreadful experience.

Praktisches, preisgÃŒnstiges Bed&Breakfast

Kleines "Hotel" mit ca. 10 Zimmern, Zimmer gerÀumig und ruhig, ÃŒppiges FrÃŒhstÃŒckbuffet nach serbischer Art (viel Fleisch, Wurst, Ei und Milch, aber wenig GemÃŒse und Obst). Zum Übernachten gut geeignet, aber sonst keine besonderen AufenthaltsrÀume. Von daher: wer einfach was preisgÃŒnstiges zum Übernachten sucht, ist hier richtig, wer im Hotel seine Zeit verbringen will, sucht wohl besser etwas Anderes. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist sehr eng und kaum Platz zum Parken.

Great value for the price and awesome staff!

I spent one night at the hotel, and it was a pleasurable experience. Granted, I only used it as somewhere to sleep and chose it mainly on price and being on the right side for the airport (had a very early flight). When I returned to the hotel at 12 am, one hour after their staff normally leaves, the attendant (I believe hotel is run by a family living in the house next to it) was still in place, waiting for me because we had discussed the need for them to call me a cab for the morning. Arriving after hours, I had expected to have to call the cab myself. To me, this is shows a rare level of service, and I would happily come back. And when I do, I will also try the awesome swimmingpool.

KostengÃŒnstiges Hotel vom Stadtzentrum entfernt

Im Vila Senjak habe ich eine Nacht verbracht auf meiner Durchreise nach Nis. Das Zimmer machte auf den ersten Blick einen guten und gepflegten Eindruck. Auch das Hotelpersonal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und half mir sofort weiter. Im Hotelzimmer fand ich am Morgen eine Kakerlake vor. In der Dusche war der TÃŒrgriff gebrochen, die Rollos am Fenster ließen sich nicht bewegen. Die Lage ist ruhig und angenehm, gleich ein nettes Restaurant in der NÀhe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist fÃŒr das Geld eine angenehme Bereicherung. Beim FrÃŒhstÃŒck war kein Kaffee da. Überhaupt lehnte die Hotelchefin meine Bitte um ein FrÃŒhstÃŒck trotz meiner Buchung zuerst ab und fragte nach weiteren 5 Euro fÃŒr das (bereits gebuchte) FrÃŒhstÃŒck. Alles in allem: Man kriegt eben, was man zu diesem Preis haben kann. FÃŒr eine Nacht ist es ok.

A very affordable place to stay, especially considering breakfast is included, free wifi, hairdryer and mini's in the bathroom, and a mini bar with low prices for the drinks. The sole negative is that the hotel is distant from the city center so prepare for a walk or simply order a taxi

Small and friendly hotel in quiet area of city. Very good value. Not within easy walking distance of city centre, but transport links available.
