"We couldnt work out how to use the heater, the buttons were broken and it looked quite old. Also there was no wifi password and reception didnt answer when i rang. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable"

"The property is very nice and great views over the bay. Staff are friendly but do not have any ability to make decisions when a problem is encountered. We had booked, and had confirmed by the property, a room for someone who was totally requiring disability access facilities - and the property emailed ..."
