Damage’s already in room Why take my credit card a second time at check in? “incidentals” the clerk tells me. No free breakfast just coffee, your amenities and my receipt say light breakfast. Disappointed

This is an older property but the rooms seem reasonably up to date given that the floor is warped. The staff was very kind and willing to help. The room was clean and our pets were welcome so that was a huge plus. The ice maker and the gym were both out of order. Breakfast was sparce and actually ...
