"My wife and I had a wonderful experience here! Everything was perfect! It was peaceful, good restaurant close by, the free breakfast was delicious and fresh. Most of all our host Laura was fantastic! She communicated with us from the time we booked until the time we checked out. She was so pleasant and helpful! "Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, man ist in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt und von dort kann man leicht zur Fähre etc. gelangen. Die Zimmer waren süß, leider etwas hellhörig und hell, aber ausreichend zum übernachten. Frühstück ist zum ankreuzen und war in Ordnung. Parken konnten wir für eine Pauschale auch direkt im Hof. Wir würden es für einen Aufenthalt am Lago di Como nochmal wählen. :)"

"Beautiful property with spectacular views over lake Como. From check in to check out we found the staff polite and attentive. Our room was spacious, very clean, well appointed and that view!!!!"

"Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust."

"Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "

"The room was minimal and had a nice view! Balcony was clean. Shower was a bit small. Staff was pleasant, and location was perfect for ferry rides exploring other little towns. The pool was very cold and there was construction going on around pool and hottub was closed. Breakfast was nice but cost us an extra $20 because we didnt include it with the room. Not sure it was worth $20 a person but it was good."

"The location is beautiful and quiet. It is next to restaurant that the hosts own (they will treat like family. I had one of my best restaurant experiences there) and was never disturbed with noise. The hosts were amazing, available at all times, and very helpful. Walking distance to the lake with great views. "

"Es handelt sich hierbei um ein wirklich sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Hotel ist wunderschön am Berg mit Blick auf den See gelegen und besitzt eigene Parkplätze so wie auch Tiefgarage. Schon vor der Abreise waren die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und dies bestätigte sich auch bei der An- und auch Abreise. Ein wirklich rundum perfektes Hotel, mit einem ganztägig in der Sonne liegenden Pool. Das gesamte Team ist sehr sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! "
