"Very good 4 star room, but other facilities disappointing. After calling the hotel to reserve a parking place, I was told that they couldn't make the reservation because I'd "made a third party booking" (Expedia), but they'd leave a note for front desk staff. When I checked in, there was no available parking. There is no driveway or forecourt for arrival. I had to park a block away. The bar closed at 10pm. I was told "we open late on Fridays, normal closing time is 9pm". Unable to use my VIP...
