"Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. "

"Our stay was fine. The room's are quite spacious but a bit dated. Services were quite good, too bad the pool was not heated and definitely too cold to swim comfortably. The hotel especially suitable for families with children. Breakfast was okay with enough options."

"Absolutely loved everything about my stay here! Claudia was so accommodating and helpful, there were lovely touches in the apartment such as fresh cookies and Portuguese oranges (the best imo). She was easily contactable and nothing was too much trouble. Cleanliness was 10/10! Parking is available for a small fee if needed and also, it’s such a convenient location. Close to everything and so much to do with some real gems close by. Would come back in a heartbeat "

"We had a great stay. Property is very family friendly, walking distance to restaurants and the beach and extremely clean. The only issue is that you must have your passport at check in or you will not be allowed to check in. They are very firm. "

"Gorgeous property, unbeatable location. It looks like everything is really far apart, but it is not. The rooms were impeccable all around. Only minor misses were on the communication side with respect to the suite kitchen amenities, e.g. actually having dish soap and laundry detergent available, but not in the room, and the missed dates that the onsite restaurants were open. We spent money buying kitchen items that we later realize we’re not needed because they were included but not provided in...
