Apartamento padrão Ibis com bastante conforto e limpo . O Banheiro precisa de manutenção, pois a tampa do vaso está trincada e a ducha higiênica quase solta da parede . Também não concordo de não ter toalhas de rosto para os hóspedes.

Tive uma experiencia muito ruim com um atendente dia 16/08 a noite. Eu coloquei a tarjeta para arrumar meu quarto as 10:00 da manhã, voltei as 19;30 cansada e o quarto não tinha sido arrumado. Fui reclamar e o atendente foi super grosseiro e disse que não tinha ninguem para arrumar o quarto naquele horario. e ainda disse que se eu quisesse toalha teria que ir buscar.

Excelente custo/beneficio com localização perfeita

Localização excelente; é um hotel basico, mas que atende a todas as necessidades. o atendimento desde a recepção, passando pelo time do café da manhã e o pessoal da arrumação todos super atenciosos e simpaticos. O quarto estava limpissimo, Wifi de otima qualidade para trabalhar e uma vending machine de vinhos e comidas congeladas completam a experiencia fora do horario de funcionamento da cozinha/restaurante. Voltarei mais vezes.

Ibis é um clássico, este deveria ser mais limpo

Se não fosse pela Flávia, da recepção, teria sido uma decepção. A atenção e cordialidade das pessoas do front desk foram o diferencia. Pontos negativos: esqueceram de limpar meu quarto, a limpeza realmente não é o forte desse Ibis. O manobrista foi bastante agressivo e ameaçador. A localização do hotel é excelente.

Passamos 2 noites no hotel e foram muito boas. No 13º andar, quarto novo e muito confortável. Chuveiro muito bom e forte, esquentava bem. Secador de cabelo no banheiro e opções de tomadas 220v. A localização muito boa, ao lado da praça liberdade o que permitiu fazer algumas coisas a pé.
