Hotel para ficar 1 noite

Soube que o hotel vai fechar, mas grande parte dos hóspedes haviam ido para um casamento, o café da manhã era uma vergonha, até o pão francês acabou. A estadia era uma das mais caras da região. A academia estava sempre cheia e mesmo assim sem cuidados. Mas o café da manhã foi o mais decepcionante.

Ar condicionado barulhento - não vá com bebê!

Ar condicionado do quarto é aparentemente do tipo split, mas foi adaptado de um do tipo "parede" (antigo), portanto, muito barulhento, cada vez que arma e desarma parece um motor de caminhão ligando. Impossível noite de sono bom, meu bebê acordava com o barulho de 10 em 10 minutos. Nos mudaram de quarto, dizendo que seria um upgrade (porém o quarto novo era igual!!!), mas o ar era quase tão barulhento quanto o outro, um pouquinho menos. Em mensagem trocada pelo hoteis.com com o hotel, antecipadamente, solicitei late checkout, o qual a pessoa do hotel por mensagem concedeu até às 14hs. Quando estava no hotel, no último dia, me disseram que não poderiam me conceder pois meu quarto que eles mudaram (o tal upgrade!) já tinha ocupação para aquele dia, então não honrariam o late checkout, o que, para quem estava com bebê e havia se programado a partir de mensagem do próprio hotel meses antes, tornou-se um grande inconveniente. Não recomendo o hotel, principalmente para famílias com bebê.

Gostamos muito da estadia e da localização, mas gostaríamos de registrar em especial o atendimento da Gerente Leticia, muito gentil e solicita em todos os momentos. Opção Ok para BH

O hotel era um Clarion, o prédio já tem alguns anos. A TV já não é muito atual, a limpeza do quarto, por causa da pandemia, falaram que iriam fazer somente a cada 3 dias. Ficamos 2 dias e não recolheram sequer o pedido de alimentação feito. O minibar tb não teve reposição. Acho que poderiam melhorar neste quesito. O Café da Manhá é ok apenas. Faltam itens (acabam) e nao são repostos.

O hotel tem ótimo atendimento, tem uma decoração clássica, e é bem localizado. O café da manhã, mesmo com as restrições, é bem servido. Conseguimos um late check out sem problemas. Todos os atendentes muito solícitos!

O hotel é inferior ao quality pampulha, camas, colchões e estado geral do quarto. Houve pequenos problemas resolvidos, mas o maior é que o wifi não pega no quarto, então precisei realizar alguns trabalhos com a internet do celular para o computador

Hospedagem tranquila.

Apartamento espaçoso em relação aos demais hotéis da mesma categoria. O ar condicionado antigo deixa a desejar, assim como algumas tomadas elétricas que não funcionam. Mas, em geral, o hotel é bastante confortável e tem bom atendimento.

Razoável. Informaram que não taria limpeza, mas me scordaram batendo na porta e perguntando se queria arrumação da cama. Durante a estadia cheguei por volta de meia noite no hotel e não havia ninguém na recepção. Qualquer um entrava! Quarto amplo, mas sem os mimos que já verifiquei em outros da mesma rede. Café bom.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo e confortavel. O café da manhã é completo e equipe bastante amigável. Hospedei-me por 2 vezes na mesma semana, apenas na primeira noite o banheiro tinha um vazamento no vaso sanitário, que incomodou um pouco. Mas retornaria, sim.
